Balancing the Hemispheres with
Anguli Mudra Kriya
With Leigh Blashki
Leigh Blashki is one of the pioneers of Yoga therapy in Australia. He directs the Australian Institute of Yoga Therapy, is the secretary of the Australian Association of Yoga Therapists, Vice President of Yoga Australia, a member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists’ Council of Advisors and Council of Schools Standards Committee and a peer reviewer for the International Journal of Yoga Therapy. The Anguli Mudra Kriya is a rejuvenative tool developed by Leigh Blashki as a synthesis of the teachings of several renowned Yoga masters. Based on the use of simple hasta mudras, pranayama techniques, and meditative exercises in a particular combination, this kriya has been shown to be a practical and effective tool for bringing balance, centeredness, and a sense of rejuvenation with regular practice.
The kriya does not require the extensive use of the body so it is accessible for a wide range of clients/students with varying physical capacities.
In Leigh’s presentation, you will be introduced to the basic levels of the Anguli Mudra Kriya.
