The Mindfulness Based Yoga Therapy and Counselling Skills Course will provide you with the practical skills and knowledge required to become a more competent, effective Yoga teacher or Yoga therapist. You will gain skills that allow you to work more effectively both in a class setting and within a professional therapeutic setting when working with clients one to one.
The course will be taught by Yoga therapy trainer and psychotherapist , Sal Flynn. Sal has been practicing Yoga for 30 years. She regularly assists Donna Farhi in her trainings, she is a member of Faculty at Jansen Newman Institute where is she is a group therapist, she trains Yoga teachers to become Yoga therapists and has a private psychotherapy practice in Sydney.
